Guys, please forgive us! We have been keeping some delicious folks from your screen and we are just horribly sorry! Once you start scrolling through this blog, you’ll understand why we should be sorry for not sharing these cuties sooner. It’s not just their chemistry that will have you all giggles and twinkly eyes. It’s their adorable story which had us absolutely plotting wether we should take their story and write a rom com about it!
It all started in sixth grade. But slow down. They kept it friend zone only. They never dated. Just friends! Even after they graduated high school they did their best to catch up with each other and support each other as friends all through their 20s. Well last January during one of their catch up sessions the moment happened. You know when you watch a movie and the audience knows it, everyone knows it really except them and we are all waiting for the kiss. It finally happened. After 18 years of friendship, laughs and good old times, they shared their first kiss! You see this is the part in a rom com where friends realize that the love of their life has been right in front of them this entire time. They finally figured it out.

So what do you do, you upgrade your best friend to wife. You propose! In December 2021 David proposed on the front porch of their new home they had just purchased together and it was perfect!
What we love most about David and Katie, is just how comfortable they are with each other. They really are like those rom coms that make you want to just fall in love and think about nothing but rainbows and unicorns all day. David and Katie, we are so happy that we were able to meet you guys, laugh with you, and even make the residents of Anna Maria come to see what all the commotion was about. You have found your person and there is no greater blessing than marrying your best friend. Thank you for letting us be a part of this chapter! It was our first time in Anna Maria and we are so happy we got to spend it with you!
