This day was just perfection. We knew it would be from the moment Valkiria emailed us about being a part of their day. She shared a passion for photography and we knew they would put a high value on the creative side of their day.

Andrew and Valkiria planned everything so intentionally. The details, the venue, the colors… everything was just how they envisioned it to be. I think one of our favorite things about Andrew and Valkiria is that they are such a team. Whether it’s working together towards professional aspirations or planning their dream day, it’s so obvious that they were designed for each other. They are hard workers, determined and dedicated to the vision they have for their new life that they are starting together!

Andrew would do anything for Valkiria. He adores her and that adoration was apparent from the first look to the exit!! But even before then, during their engagement. This level of adoration and love for one another is a photographer’s dream! They are incredibly photogenic and the poses just flow out of them!! I don’t know if we have ever had an easier couple to capture!

Our Favorite Moment

Our favorite moment of the day happened during their ceremony when both Andrew and Valkiria, lost in the moment totally went in for their first kiss before it was time to kiss. For Valkiria, it may have been embarrassing but for us it was just one of the reasons why we love her so much! She is so devoted to the people in her life. She’s vibrant, passionate person who lights up the room with her presence. Don’t be embarrassed my love. We need more people with your heart in this world. Don’t apologize and keep that excitement as you continue doing life with your best friend.

Like we always say, it’s such an honor whenever we are chosen to capture a wedding day. The pressure was ON and for good reason! Valkiria knew what she envisioned for her day and it was our job to capture just that!! As we scroll through these images, I love how their day is frozen and saved forever! The joy, the light, the different locations and dresses… it was a dream!! Enjoy scrolling through their images and seeing a peek into their day!

A note to our friends

Andrew and Valkiria, THANK YOU for choosing us!!! We are so honored and we realize you could have chosen anyone!! We are so thankful to you and your families who have not just allowed us to serve them but have also served us and made us feel like family. From the smiles we were able to get from dad, Mr. I Don’t Smile, to the extra seconds they held on to us during a hug every time they greeted us or said good-bye. Our only regret is that we can’t rewind this chapter and do it all over again. Thank God for pictures.

We are so thankful for your type A personality that brought us on board over a year before your wedding. It gave us the gift of hour long conversations on the phone that always began as wedding convos and always to lead to deep conversations about life, God and marriage. We are very thankful for the genuine friendship and grace you’ve offered us. Our biggest take away from being a part of your day was your friendship and all the memories we not only captured but made together with you, Hope and your family!
