One of the things that we love about photography is this: no two shoots are ever the same — and Alexandra and Dermot’s beach engagement session was no exception! Dermot and Alexandra were down and ready to do whatever we asked them to do which as you can imagine is every photographers dream! Since it had been raining the entire week leading up to their session, the water was warm and they were down to get wet!!!

The truth is that he is happy that they were willing to get as wet as we wanted them too. It’s kind of like a good cop bad cop act. One goes for the gold while the other seems to be the more conservative in ideas but the reality is that we want the same result haha. When these daredevils said that they were down for whatever we had in mind, we knew we were in for some fun, magical memories!

Alexandra and Dermot, we’ve been looking forward to this for months and months, and we’re so glad we finally were able to make it happen. You two look absolutely stunning in every frame. We were already so excited for your wedding early next year, but this put it over the top for us. The next time we see each other, you’ll be in a white dress and he’ll be nervous to see you for the first time, and we can’t wait. Because if you’re half as joyful on your wedding day as you are in everyday life, you could pass it out as a party favor and you’d still have more to go around.
