It was the first wedding of the season at Luxmore Grand Estate. It feels so good to be celebrating love again! Celebrating people in love. People committing to a lifetime together facing whatever comes their way. Hand in hand!
Robert and Celestina’s day has been one we have been longing for a while for many reasons. Starting with the fact that they were supposed to get married over the summer but Covid-19 had other plans. After spending the day with them in West Palm Beach for their engagement session and then talking for over an hour after their session, we were as anxious as they were for the big day to finally arrive. We were counting down the days to their big celebration and meeting the amazing family that raised these amazing humans!
So many epic moments
We couldn’t have asked for more perfect wedding and couple to start off the season. It was filled with so many wonderful moments that we will never forget. Its so hard to narrow them down . From the first look between the bride and her father. To the crackle in Celestina’s voice when she read her vows to her new husband, as he looked at her with a smile on his face taking every word in. Every moment. Almost as if he was trying to permanently tattoo it in his mind forever.
Listening to their story and how they fell in love, and supported each other during pharmaceutical school. Stories of the amazing people that they are from their best man and maid of honor during their speeches. We already felt so blessed to be a part of their day but by the end of the night we felt beyond honored because we were more sure than ever that we had just captured the beginning of a legacy!
One of the most memorable moments of the night happened during the reception. Quick little background recap. Landon used to break dance for 13 years. Funny enough Celestina’s father, Eric, used to breakdance for years as well. Throughout the day we had already connected with dad over values that we share so when we discovered poppa Eric still had it when he stepped on the dance floor Landon, got really hype. So as his wife, who loves to put him on the spot, I took the liberty to tell Eric what Landon had told me:
“If he calls me out to battle I’ll do it”
Call him out he did and man it will go down in history as one of our most fun receptions ever!
Robert and Celestina, congratulations on entering this new chapter in your lives. Your story has been an amazing journey but the best is yet to come and we are so flipping excited for you guys to experience it. Marriage is one of the most sacred blessings from God and it brings us so much joy that you will now get to live your life as husband and wife! As a team! Can’t wait for you guys to grow your tribe 😉 !
