Planning a wedding can be full of surprises. I don’t think this could ring more true for our 2020 brides. But a magical day like the one we are about to share with you guys was work the wait! Mike and Maura’s wedding at the Alfond Inn, designed by the amazing Nicole Sanchez from Pave Weddings, is what fairytale weddings are inspired by.

We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather. The Lord truly showed off with the perfect temperatures and the most glorious sunset for Mike and Maura. Everyone had been waiting for these two amazing human beings to have their day, including their golden-doodle and their two precious children, Gordon (aka Gordy) and Katie!

The most memorable part of the day was leading up to the first look. Landon and the video team were in position with Mike waiting for us to arrive. Maura looks over at me and says

” Is it weird that I’m getting nervous”

No my dear! It isn’t weird! Its perfectly normal! You see she didn’t expect to feel those butterflies because although covid led to them rescheduling their wedding it didn’t stop them from tying the knot. Even still, to stand before the man she loves, as his bride, his wife, well it was exciting and a moment that she had waited for a long time to share with him. When Mike turned around and saw Maura, his reaction said it all!

I’m one lucky man

Mike and Maura, we are so happy to have finally been able to celebrate this day with you guys. Mike you are a good man, and an even better one because you have hit the jackpot with an amazing human being, Maura. The team you guys form is one to admire. Together you’ve created the most perfect little family and we have enjoyed being a part of your journey for the last two years! Celebrating engagements, births, birthdays and now wedding day! We hope to be a part of many more milestones and adventures with you guys! We love your sweet family very much and we are happy you were able to finally have the day you deserved!
