You can take the girl out of Florida but you can’t take Florida out of the girl! Its funny because when you live in Florida you daydream of the beaches in the Caribbean or those romantic beaches in California with those breathtaking rocks and cliffs carved by the Maker himself, that you take the beaches in your own home for granted. Well Jenny blew us away when she said she wanted to come from California to do her engagement session in one of our favorite Florida beaches, New Smyrna.
It was nice to share that common love for New Smyrna. But funny thing is that we love it for different reasons. Chris and Jenny love it for the powder soft clean almost white sand and we love it because it has a rocky inlet that reminds us of California haha! We must say, we have never noticed and appreciated just how beautiful and unique our beaches are before there session so, thank you Jenny!
Aside from enjoying the sand seeping through our toes we must say that spending the day with Chris and Jenny was a trip! Do kids still say that, a trip? These two are like magnets!!! They can’t keep their eyes off each other but what was most endearing was to get to experience how down to earth they are. They were down for whatever!! Piggy back rides, check. Getting in the ocean water during the winter, check.
It is evident that Chris and Jenny are best friends and that brings so much joy to our hearts because we know first hand how important that is and the many blessings and adventures that friendship gets to experience together once married! Chris and Jenny, thank you for being so vulnerable with us! For being yourselves and thank you for submitting to our wild requests without batting a pretty lash. We CANNOT wait for your wedding. Its going to be magical.
