We’re so excited to share Melanie and Alfredo’s gorgeous Lake Nona Country Club wedding day with you!

Now that we’re parents, we see weddings from a totally different perspective. We have two daughters, Kylie (9) and Kayla (7). So what especially touches us nowadays is watching the adult relationship between a bride and her sister(s). Our little ones are just beginning to “pretend play” with each other their future wedding. Their wedding days still feel so far away. Yet, through our brides and their siblings, we’re able to get a small glimpse of the future –– and it’s beautiful. We can’t think about it for too long, though, because just the thought of our girls grownup walking down the aisle on their wedding day, makes us cry good, hard, happy tears. I could barely type up this blog without risking water damage to my keyboard from the waterworks thats happening on this end right now.

The Bond Between Sisters

That’s what made our most recent wedding so special: bearing witness to the unbreakable bond between sisters on this wedding day. Melanie stood by her twin sisters, Caroline and Stephanie, on their wedding and now Stephanie and Caroline would be helping their baby sister into her dress and standing right by her as she marries the man of her dreams!

Melanie’s sisters stood at the altar watching through blurry watery eyes as their father gave Melanie away to Alfredo, a man of such high quality character that his parents should bottle their advice for raising a son (and sell it) because he’s everything moms and dads want for their daughter… and so much more.

Forever Grateful

Melanie and Alfredo, from the bottom of our heart, thank you for giving us the honor and privilege of documenting one of the most important days of your life. We felt truly blessed to be there, have nothing but love and affection for you and your entire family, and wish you the happiest first year of marriage and a lifetime of beautiful memories together.

This Lake Nona Country Club wedding day was a dream to photograph from start to finish. We have to give a huge thank you to the incredible team led by Kacie with Honey Belle Events and Design, the team at Lake Nona Country Club with The Wild Hare’s stunning floral design. It truly was the most beautiful representation of such a beautiful couple’s love for each other, and we have SO many favorites from the day that this might be one of our longest blog posts ever! We hope you love them as much as we do!
