Are you guys ready for the sweetest at home maternity session ever? From the moment that Brandon and Lizz said “I do” we teased them to get started on making those cute babies! So you can imagine the screech that came out of this latin lady when they announced that they were expecting. If you think that was loud, it got louder when they announced it was a girl. And then, the mother of all screeches happened when they told us they wanted us to capture this moment for them.
Nesting for baby girl
One of my favorite moments during Brandon and Lizz’s maternity session was seeing all the little items that Lizz was passing on to her daughter. Twenty plus year old items that were kept and saved from when Lizz was a little girl. The bear that comforted her once when she was little will now comfort her little girl one day. It was so awesome to see things like a book that her parents read to her when she was a little girl in their daughters nursery book collection. One day soon they will read this to their daughter.
A note to Charlie: Charlie, we cannot wait to meet you! You are one lucky little girl! You’ve been blessed with the most amazing humans as parents. They’re preparing for your arrival with so much detail and anticipation. We all are excited for you to enter this world so we can play with you, protect you and support you fulfill your purpose in life.
Brandon and Lizz, you have no idea what your friendship means to us. What an honor it is to be included in these milestones of your life! We are just so excited that we get to still be a part of your adventures!!! We accept every invitation! Now we just need her to come out so we can spoil the donuts out of her! Congratulations! We know that you are going to be amazing parents and Charlie is one lucky girl!
