It’s always a treat when couples invite us into their lives to capture their wedding day. An honor really. But what is really humbling, is when they continue to share their milestones and adventures with us after the wedding. Sometimes the connection we build with our couples is so great that we kind of can tell when something big is happening. That’s kind of what happened with Patrick and Chelsea. I just had the inkling that a baby was on the way. So I of course, discretely shoot them a message and ask :
Anything baking in the oven?
My inkling was right! The Morris’s are having a baby. What can I say, its a gift! Patrick and Chelsea have a gift too! The gift of filling our hearts with so much joy! The decided to take a baby moon here in Florida so we could capture their maternity session. I know… tear dropping humility moment for us! We’ve already captured them during their engagement season, wedding and now, we got to capture Chelsea and Patrick’s glow as they wait with excitement for their first child, their son!
Patrick and Chelsea, we cannot wait for you two to experience the fruit of your love. They joy of parenthood. Every sacrifice you make from this point on will be different than any sacrifice you’ve ever made before. It will be done selflessly and without limit. Because for the first time ever you will experience unconditional love. We’re so happy for you guys and we can’t thank you enough for letting us be a part of this chapter.
