The first time we spoke with Jared and Stephanie was over a year ago! We were sitting on the floor in our bedroom, and they were sitting on the couch in their living room. We remember that as we went through the day’s specifics, every time we touched base on a special moment that would be captured, Stephanie would cuddle up to Jared and squeeze his arm from excitement. Their excitement was so refreshing. It felt like Deja Vu. It was just 15 years ago we were in their seats, and they reminded us so much of ourselves when we were getting married.

Before the call ended we were interrupted by our little nuggets who had surprised us with breakfast while we were on the call. Perfect timing because we were getting to the juicy details of how they met and their proposal. By the end of the call, we were on ten from excitement for their upcoming engagement session. We were so drawn by their connection to each other and we couldn’t wait to capture it.

Fast forward to a year later, we finally had the engagement session on the calendar but Hurricane Ian happened and we were back to having to wait an additional three weeks before we could hang out with these cute lovebirds! Thankfully without any more surprises coming our way we were finally able to meet them in South Beach Miami at sunrise for the most magical session ever.

We were right. Every single second with these two was not only fun but so darn sweet. Our favorite was the sparkle in Stephanie’s eyes every time she looked at Jared. Every time we had them hold hands, cuddle or lean in for a smooch, there was the sparkle. Some may argue that it was the reflection of the sunrise in her eyes but we put money on it being all Jared’s doing!

Jared and Stephanie, we are so happy we could have your session before your wedding. Even if it was three weeks before your wedding, that sunrise and the two of you in front of our camera, plus Stephanie’s magical hat, were worth the wait! You both blew us away with your kindness and vulnerability in front of the camera, and we CANNOT wait for November 19th. We know that it will be a fantastic day because two amazing people will promise to love each other forever, and we will be a part of it!
