Oceanview of Nahant | Anthony + Ann

WEDDINGS

When we booked this wedding, we knew what we were getting into. Boston in August was going to be absolutely beautiful! We photographed Ann’s friend maternity session a couple of years back in Clermont, Florida and well we knew that if she was a friend of Vicky that Anthony and Ann would be just as amazing. After chatting with Anthony and Ann via Facetime we realized… we were right!!

The day started at the a beautiful airbnb in a beautiful town in Nahant, Massachusetts. We had a great time hanging out with Anthony, Ann and their bridal party! We knew as soon as we met them we were in for a fun day and for sure some great reception partying! Soon after we were ready to head over to the beautiful Oceanview of Nahant to get these lovebirds married!

Time to say “I Do”

Surrounded by their family and friends overlooking the beautiful Atlantic, they pledged to be each other’s person for the rest of their life at the Oceanview of Nahant. We were pleasantly surprised to see their matron of honor hand off her bouquet to the maid of honor and stand in the officiants spot. We always think its the sweetest when someone close to the couple gets the honor of marrying them! She challenged Anthony and Ann to remember how powerful and special this day was. It’s the beginning of their new life together as their own family.

Our favorite part of the day was the adventure we took on the rocky shore . Bless their heart, they walk over so many slippery rocks. It was windy and slightly terrifying to have our adventurous Ann walk through those slippery rocks and stand put long enough for us to capture one of our favorite portraits of the day!! (You’ll see it when you start to scroll!) We’re just so proud of them! They didn’t complain and they remained joyful and excited. I mean, this day had been in the making for a TWO years! They had so much to stay excited about despite the painful rocks!!

Overall, we love this sweet couple and we love this family. I can’t explain how much of an honor it was to be asked to come all the way to Massachusetts to capture their first day as husband and wife!!
