The first time we chatted with Casie we just fell in love with her laid back personality! She had a gorgeous smile and a contagious laugh. The first time we heard her laugh was when we told her that we were huggers and we asked her to set the expectation to her family and friends to:

Expect a full frontal when we see them

OMG talk about an unfiltered embarrassing moment lol. I don’t even know what the heck I was thinking when I said that. I tell you what I was thinking, I was thinking that we are huggers lol and thats it! Bless her heart , she laughed so hard and thats when we heard it. Her adorable snort. It was subtle but it was there. And we knew it right then. This is our bride and the stud that stole her heart had to be a gem too!

Finally it was wedding day and we were going to finally meet and hug in person these two adorable dachshund loving people. Yes the cherry on top was that they had two wiener dogs , Apollo and Luna, just like us and treated them like their babies! I mean seriously nothing sweeter than the sparkle in both Mitch and Casie’s eyes when they saw their babies. It was almost, if not, just as sparkly as when Mitch and Casie saw each other for the first time.

The day was so perfect! Courtney with Cocoluna , as always, created the most magical design for the best day ever. The modern coastal design with dusty blues, and pinks and coastal greenery was breathtaking. Tom Trovato Event Floral and Design outdid himself with the floral arrangements again! He just blows our minds every time.

Although this day was full of so many magical moments. The one moment that did it for us. The moment that really looked like a page out of a fairy tale was their first look. First of all, there were these AMAZING arched trees that perfectly framed them. There in middle of these gorgeous trees, stood Mitch. Calm, cool, and collected. Behind him stood Casie, looking as flawless and as beautiful as ever with her perfect dress on, perfect elegant hair, and jaw dropping bouquet. But what was the most beautiful was her smile. It was a smile that said so much. It said

I am so excited to see my man! YAS!

Mitch and Casie, OMG, THANK YOU for inviting us along and sharing with us your best day ever! Thank you to your friends and family for being so amazing and sweet to us! Your day wasn’t just beautiful but it was so much fun! So full of laughs and really just so awesome to witness all the love and support you guys have! We left your wedding so sad that it was ending and wishing we could relive it again and again because you guys truly are such amazing people and we are so happy we got to meet you! So I thought, what better day to relive your first day as husband and wife than on your one week-a-versary, share some of our favorite moments from your big day!
