We are so excited and overwhelmed with emotion to share Max and Mallory’s wedding at The Mulberry at New Smyrna with all of you today! We met Max and Mallory over four years ago while capturing Max’s sister, Hannah and Justin’s wedding smack in the middle of COVID. They were 16-year-old teenagers, so young and in love. We secretly hoped that the day they got married, we’d be there to capture it. Fast forward to three years later, we got the call that they were engaged, and they wanted us to capture their first day as husband and wife. Insert crying emoji here.

March 15, 2024, was their day. Their day to tie the knot at The Mulberry at New Smyrna . We were so excited for them. Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing young people make that decision to love and commit to the same person for the rest of their lives before all their loved ones and God. What we love most about Max and Mallory is just the simplicity of their nature; they’re so down to earth. We are honored that, as private as they are, they trusted us to capture these private moments and to make them feel comfortable on their wedding day. It was a very emotional day for me, being that we’ve known this family for five years, and this is the last wedding in their family, but hopefully not the last milestone we get to be a part of and capture.

The Big Moment

Our favorite moment of the day was seeing Max, now a grown man, standing at the altar waiting for his bride. We don’t have a son, but we can only imagine his parents’ pride. The deep breath he took, followed by the sweetest smile when he saw his bride walking towards him, melted our hearts. Although all eyes were on Max and Mallory, their eyes were locked on each other.

Max and Mallory, we are so excited for you guys. We love that you guys have promised to chose each other forever. We pray blessings upon blessings for you guys, that you will keep God at the center of your marriage and that you will continue to choose each other every single day for the rest of your life. Make it a goal to outlove one another and outserve one another. The secret is to not focus on what your spouse can do for you, but instead think every single day, how can you love the crap out of your husband/wife today? Treating every single day as if it could be the last day.

We are humbled and honored to have been a part of this day for you and your family, which we feel is our extended family. Come on, it’s been five years since The Rozeks and The Hendricks joined forces. You all are definitely our family, and we are thrilled to be one of those people who offer you support for a lifetime and, hopefully, be a part of all the special milestones and adventures you guys will encounter together as husband and wife.
