It was a fabulous, beautiful day at The Palms Hotel + Spa as we prepared for Adam and Noor’s wedding. But before we jump into how perfect and beautiful their day was, lets rewind and talk about how we got there. So Adam had this idea to start this clothing line called Lisn Up . He had put all his eggs in that one basket but he didn’t realize that it would not only take off, but that it would bring him to cross paths with his future wife, journalist and women activist Noor Tagouri. Adam spent one day talking to one of his best friends about the next steps in his clothing line. He wanted to do a collaboration with Noor but was a bit shy on how to ask.
Once he finally had put everything together and built the courage to ask Noor, it was all only uphill from there. Noor fell in love with the idea. Adams vision was clear and right alongside Noor’s project that she was actively involved in. The collaboration was a go. After spending so much time together, working and laughing, they built an amazing friendship. They are truly best friends. The inevitable happened, they fell for each other.
They exchanged their vows on the sunny Miami Beach followed by a jaw dropping reception at The Palms Hotel + Spa with their friends, peers and family. The atmosphere was perfect. The food was delectable. The dancing… amazing. We are excited to share some of our favorite moments and details of their gorgeous wedding.
We are a bit obsessed with these two, not only because they are young, driven and making a difference in their community, but because they are our idea of a perfect couple.We are true believers that the best marriages are those that evolve from a friendship. YAS…marry your best friend. We do not say that lightly. Really truly find the strongest, happiest friendship in the person you fall in love with. Someone who speaks highly of you. The kind of laughs that make your belly ache, and your nose snort. The embarrassing, earnest, healing kind of laughs. Life is too short not to love someone who lets you be a fool with them.
Adam and Noor are both such beautiful souls and being able to capture their wedding was truly so humbling. It was great to be able to witness those belly aching laughs in person.
